STILL CURIOUS?

Everything you need to know

How does compression actually work?

Compression applies gentle, graduated pressure (tightest at the ankle) to help support circulation and reduce pooling in the lower legs. This can ease swelling and that heavy, achy feeling—especially when you’re standing or sitting a lot.

What compression level should I choose?

For everyday pregnancy swelling and comfort, 15–20 mmHg is a common “sweet spot.” If you’ve been prescribed a higher level by your clinician, follow that guidance.

When should I start wearing them?

Any time you notice swelling, heaviness, or long days on your feet—many people start in the second trimester, but there’s no “too early” if they feel good and fit well.

Can I wear them after a C-section?

Often yes—compression socks can be helpful postpartum, including after a C-section. That said, always follow your care team’s instructions, especially if you have swelling, pain, or any circulation concerns.

How do I wash them?

Machine wash cold with like colors. Avoid bleach and fabric softener. Air dry (best) or tumble dry low to help preserve compression.

What if they’re too tight or too loose?

They should feel snug but not painful. If you get numbness, pinching, or deep marks, size up. If they slide down or bunch, size down. If you’re between sizes, going up is usually more comfortable during pregnancy.

Will they help with restless legs at night?

Some people find daytime compression reduces evening leg fatigue that can contribute to restlessness. For sleeping, follow your clinician’s advice—many prefer removing them at night unless specifically directed otherwise.

Do you offer a money-back guarantee?

If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30 day return guarantee.
